At Ashitee, we prioritize creating products on demand, meaning your item enters production shortly after your order is processed. Typically, customers can expect their products to arrive within 10–21 business days after payment confirmation and order processing for most items.

Order Processing Queue:

Upon completion of the payment process, your order undergoes a meticulous 24-hour waiting period before it is forwarded for embroidering. This waiting period allows for a window of opportunity, granting you the flexibility to fine-tune any specifics pertaining to your order. Whether it be adjustments to the size, color, or quantity of your selected items, or even the option to cancel the order entirely, this period ensures that your preferences are accommodated to the fullest extent. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and we aim to provide you with the utmost convenience and control over your order before it progresses to the embroidering stage.

Production Timeline: 5-7 business days.

Shipping Duration:10-14 business days.

International orders may require an additional 1-2 weeks.

Tracking Information: All shipments come with a tracking link for easy monitoring of the delivery status.

Shipping Costs:

Flat rate at $5.99 worldwide.

Re-shipment Policy:

We offer reshipment in specific cases, such as incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts. Re-shipment costs are as follows:

  • $5.99 for re-shipping within the US per item
  • $5.99 for global re-shipment per item

Return Policy:

If you wish to return an item purchased from our online gift shop, please refer to our Return and Refund policy within 30 days of receiving your order.
