The return and refund process may vary depending on the items you’ve ordered.

Refunds for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs using our preferred carrier (please note that we cannot refund return costs if an unauthorized service is used). Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we may ask for digital photos to help assess the issue.

You can return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be sent to the original payment method. If you don’t receive the payment after 7 days, please check with your bank.

Please keep in mind that many of our handmade products involve unique manufacturing techniques, which may result in slight variations in color, shape, or size. These differences add to the charm and individuality of each item. The images provided offer a close representation, but some minor imperfections are normal and are not considered defects.
