We understand that there may be times when customers need to modify or cancel their orders. To accommodate such situations, we have set forth the following guidelines:

Customers have 24 hours from the time of order placement to modify or cancel their orders. Once the 24-hour window has passed, we will not be able to accept modification or cancellation requests, as the order will have already been processed and dispatched to the carrier.

How to modify or cancel an order:

  1. Gather all necessary information, including your order email, order number (found in the confirmation email from Ashitee), and the specific instructions for the desired changes or cancellation.
  2. Send your request, along with the required details, to [email protected] using the subject line “[Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].”

Refunds for canceled or modified orders:

We will process your request promptly upon receipt and aim to respond within 2 business days. The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days, though please be aware that some banks may take additional time to process the refund.
